NORA's SOAR program is an adaptive outdoor recreation program for the mobility impaired which includes activities such as Action Trackchair, Grit Freedom Chair, Air-Gun target range and an off-road ride-along. Certified instructors provide a highly structured learning experience with a focus on safety at their private 75 acre mountaintop facility.
