Ross Daniel Adaptive Apparel was founded by Susan Kleiman, a mother with a multiply-disabled son named Ross.
Frustrated with the choices of socks for her son that wears AFOs, she created a sock line that is fashionable, breathable, age appropriate, and seamless that is called “Cool Clothes for Toes”.
Another product added to this growing company of “Fashionable Solutions for Special Needs” is called Protec Tees, which are waterproof, trendy clothing protectors for kids, teens, and adults to be used for dignified dining.

Target's website now carries kids adaptive clothing as part of their own Cat & Jack clothing line Part of the 40-item collection will include zip-off sleeves, side and back snap-and-zip closures and hidden openings for abdominal access, among other tweaks. They offer sensory-friendly items, which have flat seams, are free from bothersome tags, include extra room for diapers and other modifications.
Target is also adding a line of adult adaptive clothing such as pants and tops.
