Project Reach is a home or hospital based head start program for children ages 3-5 who have chronic medical issues or developmental delays due to their circumstances.
Home instructors travel to the child’s home or hospital to provide 90 minute educational sessions weekly. For children who attend a preschool or other specialized program, they schedule afternoons or Sunday. They also provide a range of supports and services for the family, such as socialization, workshops, and mental health support. Services are free of charge.
