Your Child May Be Receiving Pandemic Food Stamps

If your school aged child has NY Medicaid (including Medicaid Waiver) but does not usually receive Food Stamps, they may have received a Pandemic bonus of Food Stamps linked to their Medicaid card. Some people may receive a special P-EBT card in the mail. Call 1-888-328-6399 to set up a pin. You will need the last 4 digits of their social security number to do so. Then call back using the pin, and listen to the message regarding Food Stamps (P-EBT). If there is a balance, you can use it to shop for food at your local store.

Do You Run A Private School For Children With ASD?

The Custom Education Foundation is constantly looking for ways to improve the lives of those on the autism spectrum. We can achieve better results as a community than as separate entities. They are creating the Custom Education Consortium, and are inviting private school owners all over the world who focus their work on students on the spectrum to join in sharing and creating resources, forming connections, and discussing best practices. The plan is to work as a united group to navigate not only the world’s current challenges but any challenges we might face in the future. They look forward to hosting events and live streams, assisting families in advocating and supporting our students, providing information for a wider audience, and supporting all of our schools. They will launch a website complete with forums, public blog content, and members’ contributions. By taking part in this community, members will become a part of a worldwide support system with a goal they are already passionate about: to help every student to reach their full potential.
