Building Blocks Interviewees Wanted---Building Blocks, a Jewish special needs magazine, is interested in interviewing parents for an article on the special issues in a marriage for parents of children with disabilities.  What are the challenges?  What are some of the special issues unique to couples in this situation?  How do couples support one another if they have different coping styles or different perspectives in managing the challenge of parenting a child with a disability? What are the strengths?  How can couples increase their shared bond in facing this challenge?  What are strategies to keep a marriage healthy and strong when you are dealing with the chronic stress of parenting a child with a disability? These are the issues they would like to cover. They are looking to write a very positive article, one that honestly addresses the stressors, but also finds the humor, strength and depth in these relationships.  If you are interested in being interviewed for this article, contact This email address is being protected from spambots.
