MDA Teaching Sign Language---MDA has begun training their EMTs and paramedics sign language in an effort to better serve the deaf community. They are being taught the rules of communication with deaf and hard of hearing as well as learning the sign language as it is relevant to their field, questions and terminology that might arise during a medical emergency.

Addiction Treatment---The Retorno Jewish Center for Addictions is currently offering a special subsidy for their inpatient program. The programs are intended for Men ages 17.5 and up and for Girls or women ages 14 and up. There are separate divisions for men, women, and youth. The subsidy is available until Purim, March 22, 2016.
