Ohel Webinars—Ohel is planning to produce a series of online webinars, trainings, and workshops for families and professionals. In these professionally produced programs, world-renowned experts and Ohel professionals will address various questions and issues. Guardianship Clinic—TAFKID in Brooklyn will be holding a Guardianship clinic after Pesach for those whose children with special needs are or will be turning 18 years old. CBT Program For OCD--The Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders Program at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital is offering a FREE group Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) program for children with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The program will consist of 12 weekly sessions of CBT with exposure and response prevention, two sessions of which will be dedicated to parent management of OCD. Online Experts Forum--The legal team at Bar Ilan University's legal clinic, have once again joined the KESHER Experts' Advice forum, on the Makom Meyuchad website.

The clinic, which operates within th Faculty of Law at Bar Ilan University, offers advice, information and legal assistance to people with disabilities, for the full use of benefits available for that specific disability.

Assistance is provided by lawyers and law students participating in the clinic.  We will use this opportunity to mention that KESHER's Experts' Forum has expanded this year, and aside from the legal clinic, the following experts also offer their advice:

1.Prof. Bruria Ben-Zeev – director of the Pediatric Neurology Center and the Rett Syndrome Clinic in the SHIBA - Safra Children'sProf. Ben Zeev will answer questions in the following fields: epilepsy, neuro-genetic and neuro-metabolic diseases and syndromes, ADD/ADHD.

2.Prof. Yonata Levy – prof. of developmental psychology at the psychology dept. in the Hebrew University and the Faculty ofIs an expert at neuro-developmental disorders and will assist in expanding knowledge and thinking methods around these issues, in order to assist in making decisions with a deeper understanding of the disorder and its effects on development.

3.Bilhah Asher – consultations regarding special education. In her last position in the system, Bilhah Asher managed MATIA in Hefer Sharon for about thirteenShe will offer advice in areas of thinking before making decisions regarding a child's educational frameworks and how to effectively work with various elements in the Educational system and the government.

4.NITZAN's experts – NITZAN is an association of parents and volunteers who work toward promoting children, adolescents and adults with learning disabilities, difficulties in adjustment and functioning. The experts in the forum are professionals who have specializes in diagnosing and treating learning disabilities and ADD/ADHD, and providing guidance and training to parents.

5.Attorney Nogah Buzaglo – is the legal consultant for the HELA orgninzation for Education, which has an information and assistance center for th rights of students and parents in education sinceAttorney Buzaglo will offer advice in such fields as: rights and duties of parents and students in the educational system and how to work with the system – who to turn to with which issue.

6.Medical Negligence and the Rights of Children With Special Needs – office of Attorneys Gottglick andThis forum is to provide answers to questions regarding medical negligence, personal injury and the rights of children with disabilities.  Lawyers Noam Shiffman and Yossi Gottglick, who specialize in these fields, manage this forum.

7.I have a special brother/sister – Roni- "Special" mother and expert educational psychologist – the forum, which focuses on the dynamics in a family of a child with special needs, offers a framework in which you can bring th questions asked by the children themselves regarding their sibling with special needs, and your dilemma as to how to answer… when to initiate a conversation… questions that arise by you, as parents, regarding the proper reference and relationships between the siblings.
