From their website: Children’s Wish fulfills wishes for children from birth to eighteen who suffer from a life-threatening or terminal illness. We do not have a minimum age, however, if the child's health allows it, we try to wait to fulfill the wish until the child is old enough to fully enjoy and remember the experience. If the child is unable to wait, we refer him or her to the Young Minds program. The child’s doctor determines whether the wish desired is suitable given the child medial condition and we work with the child, family and doctors to find the best time for the child to enjoy his or her wish.
