Refuah Helpline is a medical based chesed organization which seeks to ease the stress and suffering of patients and their families.

Chesed 24/7 provides extensive and innovative services to the sick, the elderly, the developmentally delayed, and any individual or family facing a life challenge.

- Delivering hot nutritious meals to hospitalized patients and their families
- Delivering meals to the families of hospitalized patients and post partum mothers in Rockland County, New York.
- A non-Jewish driver picks up and delivers food to hospitalized patients in Manhattan hospitals on Yom Tov.
- Shabbos-in-a-box supplies all you need for spending Shabbos in the hospital
- Fully stocked Chesed Kosher Hospitality rooms in many New York and New Jersey hospitals
- Transportation from Rockland County to Manhattan hospitals
- Volunteer transportation to medical appointments, rehabilitation facilities, and hospitals
- Volunteers to visit patients or do hospital shifts

A Jewish organization providing services to families impacted by illness. They service patients, the children of patients and their affected families in the NY Tri-state area, providing support and crucial interventions in the hospital, patient’s homes, and at their unique Kochavim centers.
Some of their services include:
- housing for out-of-town patients and their families coming to New York for treatment
- volunteers to help with housework
- volunteers for hospital shifts
- volunteers to assist at out-of-town hospitals
- in-hospital teachers for children
- at home teachers for homebound children
- student educational advocacy
- school placement for relocated patient’s children
