Disorders resulting from reduced blood flow to the kidneys.  It usually manifests with low blood pressure and a rise in serum creatinine.  It can be caused by any disorder that leads to blood volume depletion, such as bleeding, gastrointestinal, urinary, or cutaneous fluid loss, heart failure, shock, or liver cirrhosis.  If not treated, it can lead to kidney failure.
