Anxiety And Depression---The Connections Program is a 16-week, spiritually-based treatment for worry, stress and depression developed by David H. Rosmarin, PhD. Throughout the program, participants learn concrete tools to strengthen relationships between body and soul, with others, and with G-d. The Center for Anxiety has conducted two open trials of the program, and results have found that participants have experienced statistically significant and clinically meaningful reductions in stress, worry, and anxiety sensitivity, and increased trust in G-d.
